2) Who are the Hayes Business Studios for?
Hayes Business Studios has been set up especially to meet the needs of start-up businesses especially young entrepreneurs, those just about to start up a business or have been trading for less then 12 months. The whole office studio package has been designed to specially meet these needs.
3) What are within the Hayes Business Studios?
All studios are supplied with a desk, a lockable drawer unit, swivel chair, 2 meeting chairs, a filing cabinet, a pin board and a large cupboard with 4 shelves. Each studio has also been provided with a telephone with its own dedicated number and voicemail capability, which can be accessed externally.
Hayes Business Studios have a security controlled entrance and each studio has an independent lockable door. Each occupant has its own set of studio door and front door keys plus a security pass, so access can be gained outside of general office hours to fit with business need. If a business has a number of employees, each will be assigned their own set of keys and a security pass.
As part of the package occupants can access a free wireless broadband network connection.
All these services are included within your monthly rental cost.

Hayes Business Studios are easy to get to by public transport, local roads and major routes.
The local transport links include:
- Major local route, the Uxbridge Road (A4020)
- Excellent bus services (Hayes, Ealing, Uxbridge & Ruislip routes)
- 2 miles from Hayes and Harlington Railway Station. Trains only take 16 minutes to Paddington Railway Station giving fast access to central London, the City and Docklands
- 3 miles from Heathrow Airport. Trains only take 10 minutes to Heathrow Airport from Hayes and Harlington Railway Station
- 4 miles from major routes - A40, M4 and M25
