Whether your business needs to host an event, conduct training or requires an off-site venue, Hayes Business Studios meeting room offers great value, fully equipped and state-of-the-art facilities for hire.

The meeting and training room can be hired to studio occupants at a special discounted price.
This flexible room is 34m² (372ft²) and can be arranged in several seating formats:
- Boardroom - sits up to 14
- Classroom - sits up to 12
- U Shape - sits up to 14
- 3 syndicate tables - sits up to 6 on each table.
Room Hire Rates:
- Full Day £100 + vat (£50 + vat for Studio occupants)
- Half Day £50 + vat (£25 + vat for Studio occupants)
- Hourly £15 + vat (£7.50 + vat for Studio occupants).
We can arrange catering to suit your requirements at an additional cost, including:
- Teas and coffees
- Light forked lunches
- Silver service bistro-style restaurant.
