Interested in HR and looking to enter a career in Human Resources

Who is the course for

Candidate should be interested in entering the field of HR or be a HR newcomer. Should have some basic knowledge and understanding of the subject

Course Content

  • 3CO01 - Business, culture and change in context

  • 3CO02 - Principles of analytics

  • 3CO03 - Core behaviours for people professionals

  • 3CO04 - Essentials of people practice

New CIPD qualifications are being introduced in 2021. Based on the new Profession Map, the qualifications focus on the knowledge and behaviours required to create value and make an impact in the changing world of work. The new qualifications set the standard for people professionals.

Study Methods

Weekly face to face sessions held on Monday evenings from 5pm-8pm. Teaching through use of case studies, drawing upon professional HR experience

How is the course assessed

Written Assignments which may include presentations and the production of HR documentation

Where next - Further Studies

Could progress onto CIPD L5 Associate Diploma in People Management

Where next - Job Opportunities

Enter the role of, or become more established in a HR Support based role such as: HR Administrator, HR Assistant, HR Support Specialist
