This qualification covers many areas within electrical installations, such as science and technologies and understanding health and safety within electrical installations.
The qualification can lead directly into employment offering learners the chance to develop their skills and knowledge to a high standard recognised by the industry.

Entry requirements
4 GCSEs grade 3 (grade D) or above preferably including both English & maths and science or a relevant Level 1 qualification and a minimum Level 1 Functional Skills in English and maths. You will have a College interview and educational references will be taken up.

How is the course assessed?
Candidates will be assessed by on-demand multiple choice tests (available through the City & Guilds assessment platform e-volve) and practical assignments.
