    Based on the new CIPD Profession Map, the qualifications focus on the knowledge and behaviours required to create value and make an impact in the changing world of work. The new qualifications set the standard for people professionals.
  • Entry requirements

    You will have a tutor interview and will be able to join the course subject to passing the interview.

  • Who is the course for?

    Candidate should be interested in entering the field of HR or be a HR newcomer. Should have some basic knowledge and understanding of the subject.

  • Study methods

    Weekly face to face sessions held on Monday evenings from 5.30pm-8.30pm. Teaching through use of case studies, drawing upon professional HR experience.

  • How is the course assessed?

    Written Assignments which may include presentations and the production of HR documentation.
