New CIPD qualifications are being introduced in 2021. Based on the new Profession Map, the qualifications focus on the knowledge and behaviours required to create value and make an impact in the changing world of work. The new qualifications set the standard for people professionals.
Candidates should ideally have the Level 3 CIPD qualification and around 2+ years of experience working within a HR support-based role. Candidates should be in, or looking to enter into an HR Advisor or Partner role.
Who is the course for?
People looking to progress their HR careers to move into more advisory or managerial positions.
Classes are held face to face on Tuesday evenings, comprising of case studies, project work and drawing upon professional HR experience.
How is the course assessed?
Enter the role of, or become more established as an HR Advisor or an HR Business Partner/Consultant based role.
>> Students are required to become members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development within one month of enrolment at the cost of approx. £138 which may be paid in instalments
