Working my way up

Looking ahead, Stuart says of his aspirations: "I aim to pursue a career in acting while juggling a 9-to-5 job in the meantime. Whether it's acting or becoming a crime writer, my ideal job is to be a TV actor. I plan to achieve this by starting as an extra in TV/film and working my way up."

Stuart who has been inspired by renowned Scottish actor Sylvester McCoy and his portrayal of The 7th Doctor on BBC One’s Doctor Who, takes time to offer his own advice to students:

"Don't let small missteps and failures dishearten you. It may feel scary at first, but once you get started and find people who support you, you'll be fine. Believe in your dreams and keep pushing forward."
