Entry requirements
GCSE grade 3 (grade D) or Functional Skills in English and Maths at Level 1 or equivalent.

Who is the course for?
This programme provides an excellent opportunity to build essential study skills alongside vocational units, laying a strong foundation for progression to either Level 2 Health and Social Care or Level 3 Access to Health and Human Science qualifications. It is particularly well-suited for learners who are not yet ready to undertake a full qualification.

How is the course assessed?
Assessment is 100% internal assessment. You will undertake tasks in your lessons and some homework to help build your self-confidence. Except for English and Maths which are externally assessed.
