To complete the Level 1 Certificate in Personal Development for Employability (RQF), learners must complete the following modules:

Entry requirements
There is an interview and initial assessments in Maths and English.
This course is funded subject to meeting the entry requirements for candidates living in the Greater London Area.
If you are 19+ you would be fully funded if you are:- Unemployed and in receipt of an eligible benefit, for example Universal Credit, Job Seekers Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance
- Out of work and outside of benefits arrangements
- Low wage (Earning below £25,64250 per annum).

Who is the course for?
The objective of this qualification is to prepare the learner for employment and/or support their existing role in the workplace. The programme is designed for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Non-Clinical Staff working in a progressing health and social workforce of acute, community and social care settings.
Leaners will develop essential skills in:- Personal behaviours, including assertiveness
- Building working relationships
- Working in a team
- Self-assessment.

Study methods
Directed taught workshops. You will be studying via a mixture of lectures, discussions, group and pair work, presentations. You will also be expected to undertake independent study outside of timetabled classes.

How is the course assessed?
This qualification is assessed by means of internally marked assignments and presentations.
