How To: Chill Post-Exams

  1. Relax: After each exam, set time aside time to relax - play sport or a game, read, clear your head
  2. Don't worry: Try not to overthink it if your exam didn't go as planned. Talk to friends, family or teachers to help put your mind at ease
  3. Be positive: Keep a positive mindset. Use affirmations to boost your confidence. Stay motivated
  4. Party! After your last exam: Plan a party or trip, have a 'me' day, spend time with friends or family. Celebrate, you deserve it.
